Access to KKGame is strictly restricted to adults. Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. You are solely responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you. Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or attempt to access the Platform. KKGame does not warrant that the services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and expressly disclaims liability arising from your access to the Platform in breach of applicable local law.
Accounts are for personal use only. You may not register on behalf of, or allow use of your Account by, any third party, including family members. You may not operate your Account as a business or professional gambling operation without specific written authorisation from us.
To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other requested details — is true, accurate, current and complete at the time of registration and remains so for the duration of your use of the Platform.
We operate a mandatory KYC programme in compliance with applicable AML regulations and our licensing obligations. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any other time we consider appropriate, we will require you to provide documentary evidence including but not limited to:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time specified by us may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for stable platform access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any feature, game or service offered through the Platform at any time without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts in accordance with our licensing requirements. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method owned by and registered to the same person as the Account holder. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are disclosed in the cashier. We do not guarantee specific processing timelines and are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or network conditions. No processing fee is applied by KKGame unless separately disclosed; however, third-party provider fees may apply.
The Platform may display balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for player convenience where applicable. The applicable base currency of the operator may differ; players should consult the cashier for conversion rates and applicable terms.
All promotional offers made available through KKGame are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is disclosed in the offer terms. For example, a Bonus Balance of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement must generate PKR 150,000 in settled qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, slots and table games may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in individual promotion terms. Wagers on certain markets or games may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely.
Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Upon expiry, all remaining bonus funds and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account without prior notice.
We reserve the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where we determine, at our sole reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to staking patterns specifically designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of betting strategies that exploit bonus terms, collusion between players or multi-accounting to obtain duplicate bonuses.
All sports bets and casino wagers are accepted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time, including after initial acceptance, where we identify erroneous odds, manifest error, suspicious activity or any other grounds we consider reasonable.
A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or postponed; the result cannot be determined within the timeframe set by the relevant sports governing body; odds were published in error; or technical issues prevented correct settlement. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
The outcome of all casino games — including slots, live dealer games, table games and instant games — is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical processes of the live studio. The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome, winning frequency or return to any individual player in any session.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games and are disclosed in the relevant game or market interface. Stake limits may be adjusted for individual players at our discretion, including where we have identified unusual betting patterns or where responsible gaming considerations apply.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited and, where appropriate, the matter referred to the relevant legal authorities:

Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (net of any applicable bonus clawback) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at our sole reasonable discretion, including but not limited to where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we identify or suspect fraudulent, collusive or criminal activity; regulatory, licensing or compliance obligations require us to do so; or you have provided false information during registration or KYC. In the event of closure for breach, we reserve the right to forfeit all balances, including Real Money Balances, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We will endeavour to provide notice of material changes via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered to your Account, where we are able to do so. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KKGame holds its international operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals specified under the applicable licence jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract. If you have a complaint that has not been resolved to your satisfaction through our internal complaints process, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the applicable regulatory authority or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body under our operating licence.
